    a) All entries are non-returnable.
    b) All entries must be original work and must not infringe copyright
        laws.
    c) All entries must meet deadline stated. No extensions will be
        granted.
    d) Team criteria:
          i.    Teams must comprise of at least FOUR members
          ii.   All team members must be full time students
          iii. Students can only form teams within their institutions
    e) Short-listed teams are to execute the campaign on their own                 campuses by the stipulated date.
    f) Sponsors if sought, are subject to the prior approval by HPB.
    g) HPB reserves the copyright to ALL concepts, designs, materials         and work supplied to and furnished by participating teams.
    h) HPB reserves the right to re-use all concepts, creatives and
        materials in other media as deem appropriate.
    i) All entries must be submitted in sealed envelopes. Entries cannot
        be submitted by facsimile or email.
    j) Names of team members and their institute must be specified
        clearly on the top left hand corner of the envelope.
    k) All entries must be submitted by 8 September 2007, 12pm to:
        stompAIDS Challenge 2007
        Health Promotion Board building
        Level 6, Tender box(es) beside Reception
